Be Proud
Does your association share with its membership the n
ames of other members of the association? Beyond the online or printed membership directory, putting the names of your membership (with their permission) in various publications for members (and non-members) to view may be a worthwhile thought. In my opinion, listing those who are members reveals to all who have made a commitment to belong to the association. I think membership to an association is very important and something to be proud to be a critical component of its success. So why not publicly thank the members and announce to others who make up the success of the organization.
