Thank You
Maybe it is just me but a "thank you" really means a lot. I think with the additional stresses of today's daily issues, this same "thank you" may mean more today than in the past.
I bring this up because I just joined a national association, for which not only did I get a thank you email confirming my new membership, but I received a personal call thanking me for joining. Yes, you heard me correctly... a personal call was received. Not only was it a sincere thank you, but the person at the other end of the phone was both kind and informative. This means quite a bit to me and is something all of our associations should do.
For that association, BRAVO! and "thank you" to you and your staff.
