Benefits vs Services

Has your association thought about if all of those services you offer to your members are really benefits?

Let's put it this way...If your members are not using those products and services, then those items are truly not benefits that your association is offering.

Think about assessing what your association is offering at least on an annual basis to determine if what your association is offering should be continued or discontinued.
